Bart de Goei
Matchmakers Ollandia was founded by Bart de Goei. He is of Dutch origin but lives in Greece. Bart combined his love for the Greek country with his job. He has been seeing the local unemployment in Greece and has chosen to help both these people looking for a job and companies in the Netherlands who are struggling to find employees. A perfect match! Bart chooses to stay slightly more in the background, but is incredibly committed to the company and the Greek people we bring to the Netherlands.

Floortje Denissen
During her studies, Floortje applied for a job working as a branch assistant at a temporarily employment agency. Since that first day, she lost her heart to this profession. With over 12 years of experiences in the industry, she is a true all-rounder within the employment services. Floortje is clear and likes to change gear quickly. To get to the great results fast. She likes to spend a lot of time in getting to know candidates and clients personally, which enables her to make the perfect match.

Nicole Coumans
Nicole is our recruiter here at Matchmakers Holland. She is Dutch of origin but has been living in Greece for the past 21 years and is married to a Greek. Not only does Nicole have knowledge of both the Greek and Dutch culture, legalization and other important matters, she also speaks Greek and Dutch fluently. Thanks to this she is the right person to guide our candidates through the migration process and provide them with all necessary information regarding working and living in the Netherlands.

With almost 20 years of experience in the world of Human Resources and Recruitment Wendy is the backbone of our company.
