Location: BOXTEL

As an operator on the production line you are part of a team. Together with a fellow operator and several packaging workers, you are responsible for a production line from A to Z. You know how to set up, start, adjust and convert a machine. During the day you control the supply of the right raw materials and the result of course! You identify bottlenecks in the production process and are responsible for resolving simple operational failures. In the event of complex issues, you always have a technical service that you can fall back on. Within the position you will work 5 shifts.

Shift hours are 07:00 – 15:00 and 15-00 – 23:00 and 23:00 – 07:00.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for setting up, starting, switching machines/differential lines

• Control the supply of the correct raw materials and the outcome of the finished product (and intervene if necessary to ensure production is to standard).
• Resolving simple operational malfunctions and notifying the immediate manager and/or technical service in case of major disruptions.
• Carrying out various checks against established quality and quantity standards and reporting deviations to the immediate manager.
• Properly complete the related management.
• Instruct employees on work and supervise the production process in a qualitative and quantitative sense.
• Following the prescribed Moviemento training programs in the field of safety (food).
• Correct and timely completion of work, within defined specifications.
• Keep the workplace neat and clean.
• Comply with safety, quality, quantity, hygiene, health and safety at work and environmental regulations.
• Work in accordance with procedures and regulations in place within the organization.
• Report deficiencies in the areas of safety, cleanliness, product quality, etc.

You are a match if

• You have technical knowledge or 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• You have attention to detail and are accurate.
• Possession of a valid B driver’s license.
• Have a good command of the English language.
• Have a Greek ID card or European passport (Greek ID card must have been issued within the last 5 years and must be free of any deterioration).

• Salary €15,82 € gross per hour (+128% 5 Shift allowance).
• 25 days holiday, 8.33% holiday allowance.

We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.

• We take care of the transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with roommates).
• Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card).
• We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home.
• We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number.
• The respective employment contract, signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English).
