We are looking for a motivated Car Mechanic.
As a Car mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of customers’ cars.
Your responsibilities
- You start the day with a nice cup of coffee or tea;
- Perform maintenance and repair of cars;
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults;
- Work with the use of modern tools;
- Conduct MOT checks.
You are a perfect match on our vacancy for Car Mechanic if:
- You have knowledge and skills as a Car mechanic;
- You can diagnose and solve general problems, except of the maintenance and repair tasks;
- You have MOT knowledge and enjoy learning more, such as air conditioning, interior equipment and automatic transmissions;
- You like working on different brands, such as Peugeot, Citroën, Isuzu Pick-ups and others;
- Possession of a valid B licence;
- Have a good command of the English language;
- Have a Greek ID card or European passport (Greek ID card must have been issued within the last 5 years and be free of any deterioration).
What we offer
- Salary between €2,800 and €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience);
- 40 hours of work per week;
- 25 days of vacation and 8.33% vacation pay;
- Daily job guidance.
We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.
- We take care of the transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with roommates);
- Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card).
- We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home;
- We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number;
- The respective employment contract, signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English).
