Location: EINDHOVEN

Alu Max specializes in the production of aluminum doors and frames. As a production employee, you and your colleagues are responsible for the entire process from A to Z. The team now consists of a team of 8 colleagues. Alu Max is experiencing significant growth and the permanent team must be expanded to a group of 15 colleagues.

Your responsibilities

The process starts with the supplied product of aluminum plates and tubes. These must be cut and bent based on the orders. In addition, glass is used for some orders. The same thing happens here. The separate parts come together and then the order must be put together. Except to the manual work, a lot of mechanical work is done. Think of a cutting machine, CNC machine, glass cutter. So, you will also work with these machines and their operation.

Good to know: Alu Max has a regular supplier of doors from Greece!

• You have at least LBO / MBO work and thinking level;
• You like to work accurately and work with a view to the quality of products;
• You are result oriented and flexible;
• You are proactive and enjoy working with colleagues;
• You have experience in a similar function. For example: Aluminum or doors and frames or CNC machines;
• You are willing to work in dayshifts and you are prepared to work overtime if necessary, mainly during peak periods. This is from spring to autumn;
• Good command of the English language;
• Possession of a valid B driving licence;
• Have a Greek ID card or European passport (Greek ID card must have been issued within the last 5 years and be free of any deterioration).

What we offer 

• Gross salary €17,64 per hour;
• 40 hours of work per week;
• 25 free (paid) holidays per year (when working full-time);
• 8% of the gross salary vacation money.

We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.

• We take care of the transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with roommates);
• Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card);
• We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home;
• We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number;
• The respective employment contract, signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English).
