Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

We’re looking for an energetic and driven recruiter to join our Thessaloniki office. You’ll be responsible for recruiting talent across Greece and other European countries for our clients in the Netherlands, primarily in logistics, transport, production and IT.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with our Dutch team to ensure smooth onboarding and relocation for successful candidates.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

• Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible and able to manage deadlines, targets, and multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Native/fluent Greek and excellent English language skills.

• Proficient with various computer systems and AI tools.
