The process
We have tried to provide you as much relevant information as possible so you have a clear idea of what we can do for you and how we work as a recruitment agency. But if you still have any questions, our process will answer them! Or else our colleagues.
1. Apply for a job
Your journey abroad starts with an application for a job you like!
2. Get to know us!
Our colleagues are going to contact you by phone to schedule a video call.
3. Your scheduled video call
During this video call you will have with one of our team members from The Netherlands to discuss your needs and check if you match with one of our vacancies.
4. Preferences
Since we have identified your needs and you will likely be considered for multiple jobs, you get to decide which job you prefer!
5. Meeting with the company
We will schedule a meeting with you and our client to see if the match is mutual. If not, we will arange a new meeting with one of our other clients to make sure the next step will come for you!
6. Onboarding
We are almost there! We will inform you where you will be living, on what terms you will be working and send your contract to you.
Where your journey abroad starts!
Everything will be taken care of by us. In this stage you will book your travel tickets, we will pick you up from the airport and take you to your new home! We will explain to you how everything works and make sure you have a personal contact within our organization. This way we try to make your work abroad as pleasant as possible!

Does Matchmakers ask for commision?
Ofcourse not! It’s simply not allowed to ask for commision. Besides that, we are true matchers in heart and soul!
Do you provide housing?
We will indeed provide a beautiful home in the vicinity of your new job! In addition, we provide even more peace of mind by legally taking care of all matters for you.
