Job description for product preparer
As a product preparation employee, you are responsible for preparing our recipes for our delicious snacks on various production lines. You collect ingredients, set up, operate and control equipment so that they are available on time in accordance with applicable procedures. This means you can work with great precision according to our work manual and have a great sense of responsibility.
Your responsibilities
- Attention to safety, hygiene, quality and quantity.
- Preparation, operation, control and adjustment of cooking processes.
- Working according to procedures and work instructions and responding to unexpected situations.
- Ensuring optimum productivity and quality so that products are available on time.
- Conducting trial productions and various inspections.
- Processing data in our computer system.
- Guiding and supporting production workers.
You are a match if
- They are proactive and quality oriented.
- Have knowledge of Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
- You have a practical mindset and can work well with colleagues.
- You are available to work five shifts when requested.
- Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a valid B driving licence.
- Have a Greek ID card or European passport (Greek ID card must have been issued within the last 5 years and be free of any deterioration).
What we offer
- Gross salary 16,18€ per hour (+128% allowance for working in 5 shifts).
- A stable employer with a view to permanent employment.
- 25 free (paid) holidays per year (when working full-time)
- 8% of the gross salary vacation money.
We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.
- We take care of the transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with roommates).
- Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card).
- We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home.
- We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number.
- The respective employment contract, signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English).
