Job description for Production Employee Assembly
Location: DRUNEN
As a Production Employee Assembly, your main responsibility will be the manufacture and assembly of ventilation ducts. Our production unit consists of several work areas, within 1 to 1.5 years we expect you to be able to work independently in all areas.
We produce bespoke ventilation ducts in various shapes using materials such as zinc coated steel and galvanised steel.
Your responsibilities
- Operation of the bending station;
- Working with machines that produce straight conductors;
- Application of sealant;
- Assembling various components;
- Cutting sheet metal into the correct shapes for further assembly;
- In addition, you will learn to operate the pipe rolling machine, which manufactures customized conduits and pipes according to the required diameter;
- It is important to be able to read and follow instructions, often in the form of technical drawings;
- Additional on-the-job training will be provided to improve your ability to interpret these drawings accurately.

- Ability to work in a team environment;
- It is an advantage if you have experience in the construction or technical sector;
- You have attention to detail and are punctual;
- You enjoy your work and know what the end result of the product will be;
- You have technical knowledge and are able to work with power and non-power tools (hammer, bender, etc.);
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Experience in operating machinery, pipe rollers, etc;
- Ability to work in a noisy environment;
- Good command of the English language;
- Possession of a valid B driving licence;
- Have a Greek ID card or European passport (Greek ID card must have been issued within the last 5 years and be free of any deterioration).
What we offer
- Gross salary €16.67 per hour (only day shift between 6:00-15:00 and 7:30-16:30);
- 40 hours of work per week;
- 25 free (paid) holidays per year (when working full-time);
- 8% of the gross salary vacation money.
We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.
- We take care of the transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with roommates);
- Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card);
- We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home;
- We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number;
- The respective employment contract, signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English).
