Job description for car mechanic
As a car technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining customers’ cars.
What does your working day look like?
- First, you start the day with a nice cup of coffee or tea;
- Performing KTEO inspections;
- Performing maintenance and repairs on cars;
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
You are capable of:
- Knowledge and skills as a car technician who can diagnose and solve problems in addition to maintenance and repair work;
- You have knowledge of KTEO and enjoy learning more about e.g. air-conditioning, in-vehicle equipment and automatic transmissions;
- Interested in working on different brands such as Subaru and all other brands of passenger cars and commercial vehicles;
- You are technical and enjoy becoming a car mechanic
- If necessary, would be willing to obtain a car technician diploma
Do you have about 7 years of experience as a car mechanic but do not have a diploma for it? No problem!
Working conditions as a car mechanic
- Salary €2600,- gross per month based on 40 hours;
- 25 free days on an annual basis. And holiday allowance 8% of your year salary;

Due to the expansion of our aftersales team, we are looking for a car technician and MOT inspector. Are you looking for a (new) job with many different activities? You are responsible for independently diagnosing and locating and solving malfunctions and advising on this, you provide repairs and maintenance work and of course the final inspection, craftsmanship and precision are of great importance.
