Are you an experienced warehouse employee who knows exactly how to make sure goods arrive on time, safely and in the right place? Then we have a great opportunity for you!

As a warehouse employee, you will work in a professional production environment where logistics plays an important role. You make sure that raw materials and supplies are available for production and that finished products are stored correctly. You work accurately, maintain a clear overview and enjoy working with colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience in a warehouse environment. Do you also have experience operating a forklift and reach truck, and are you used to working according to safety, quality and hygiene regulations? Then we would be happy to meet you!

Your responsibilities

As a warehouse employee, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient flow of goods within the warehouse and to the production area. Your duties include:

• Loading and unloading raw materials, supplies and other goods.
• Checking incoming and outgoing goods and reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor.
• Using a forklift and reach truck to move raw materials, supplies and pallets to the correct production locations.
• Transporting finished products from the production lines to the correct storage location.
• Restacking pallets, raw materials and finished products and preparing them for storage or further processing.
• Working according to the FIFO principle.
• Checking inventory and carrying out periodic stock counts.
• Ensuring materials are available for production on time and in the correct location.
• Working together with colleagues and taking over colleagues’ duties when necessary.
• Identifying deviations relating to safety, quality, hygiene and workplace organization.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe workplace.
• Working in accordance with applicable safety, quality, hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Completing mandatory training and instructions in areas including food safety and workplace safety.

• You have demonstrable experience as a warehouse employee or in a similar logistics position.
• You have a valid forklift certificate.
• You have a valid reach truck certificate.
• You have experience operating a forklift and/or reach truck.
• You are familiar with HACCP, Food Defence and safety regulations.
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on safety and quality.
• You can work well independently, while also being a true team player.
• You are physically capable of carrying out the warehouse duties.
• You have a good command of the English language.
• You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• You are reliable, responsible and keep your commitments.
• You consider it important to work neatly, safely and according to the applicable procedures.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,866 and €3,191, excluding shift allowance.

As a warehouse employee, you therefore play an important role in the production process. Thanks to your efforts, colleagues in production can carry out their work without delays.

We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200-210 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.

• We take care of the transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with roommates);
• Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card).
• We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home;
• We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number;
• The respective employment contract, signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English).
