As a Production Worker, you will work in a modern plastic components production environment where accuracy and quality are essential.

You will be responsible for operating specific machinery and carrying out highly precise production activities, including the production, assembly, quality inspection and packaging of very small components.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position.

You will work in a 2-shift system, including morning and afternoon shifts. Depending on production planning, a regular day shift may also apply.

Your responsibilities

As a Production Worker, your responsibilities include:

• Operating designated production machinery.
• Carrying out production activities requiring a high level of precision.
• Producing and assembling very small, chip-level components.
• Performing quality inspections on finished products.
• Packaging finished products according to established instructions.
• Ensuring products meet the required quality standards.
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.
• Providing a clear and accurate shift handover to the next colleague.
• Working consistently, accurately and with strong attention to detail.

• You are available for full-time employment and willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• You have experience with precision work.
• You have good hand-eye coordination.
• You are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are responsible and able to work independently.
• You hold a valid Category B driving licence.
• You have a good command of the English language.
• You hold a Greek ID card or an EU passport. A Greek ID card must have been issued within the last 5 years and must be undamaged.

What we offer 

• A salary of €19.12 gross per hour.
• A base hourly rate of €15.93, with shift compensation bringing the total hourly rate to 120%.
• Approximately €3,313 gross per month.
