As a Concrete Production Worker, you will work together with your colleagues on the production of various concrete drainage products used in infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and abroad.

You will be involved in different stages of the production process, from preparing moulds and assembling components to pouring concrete, removing finished elements from the moulds and completing the final finishing work.

Working Hours

You will work full-time from Monday to Friday.

The position operates in a shifted day-shift schedule between:

• 06:00 and 18:00

Your responsibilities

As a Concrete Production Worker, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing moulds by adjusting them to the correct size and applying oil.
• Assembling components inside the mould according to technical drawings and instructions.
• Pouring concrete into the prepared moulds.
• Removing finished concrete elements from the moulds.
• Finishing concrete elements and correcting any irregularities.
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.
• Following all applicable health and safety procedures.
• Working together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.

• You are motivated and work well as part of a team.
• You have previous experience in the concrete industry and with moulds for concrete products.
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• You are able to read technical drawings.
• You are comfortable with physical and hands-on work.
• You do not mind getting your hands dirty.
• You have a strong eye for quality.
• You are interested in a long-term position.

What we offer 

• A starting salary from €2,825 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• 25 paid vacation days per year when working full-time.

• Accommodation costs of €185 per week, including water, electricity, gas and internet. The rent is deducted weekly from your salary.
• Eligibility for the ET scheme, providing a tax benefit of approximately €35 net per week.

• Airport pick-up and transportation to your accommodation.
• Assistance with arranging Dutch health insurance and your Dutch tax number.

We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200-210 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.

• We take care of the transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with roommates);
• Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card).
• We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home;
• We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number;
• The respective employment contract, signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English).
