As a Process Operator Mechatronics, you will be responsible for keeping an automated production line running safely and consistently. You will monitor the production process, adjust machines when necessary, solve technical issues and contribute ideas for further improvements.

This is a varied technical position where your knowledge, problem-solving skills and ideas can make a real difference in the daily production process.

Working Hours

You will work in a 5-shift system.

A 30% shift allowance applies for working in this schedule.

Your responsibilities

As a Process Operator Mechatronics, you oversee the production line and ensure that the process continues to operate safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the automated production process.
• Adjusting and setting machines according to production requirements.
• Carrying out measurements and registering deviations.
• Ensuring that product quality remains at the required level.
• Investigating the cause of technical malfunctions.
• Resolving first-line technical breakdowns independently.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance activities.
• Working together with fellow operators, engineers and technical colleagues when more complex technical issues occur.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the production line and processes.
• Contributing technical knowledge and ideas to further develop the production process.

• A technical MBO qualification at level 3 or 4 is preferred.
• You have good technical insight and an interest in automation and mechatronics.
• You work accurately and pay close attention to safety and quality.
• You have good communication skills in English.
• You are willing to work in a 5-shift system.
• Previous experience as a Process Operator, Machine Operator or Technical Operator is considered a strong advantage.
• You are interested in understanding how machines and production processes work.
• You remain calm when technical problems occur and actively look for the cause and solution.
• You are motivated to continue learning and developing your technical skills.

We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200-210 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.

• We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home;
• We will get you your Dutch healthcare insurance and tax number;
